Billy Thompson began playing guitar and recording in his parents' basement in the 10th grade.  He would record 4-track versions of his favorite albums, playing all the instruments and using 1 microphone.  He attended Berklee College of Music in Boston where he studied Composition.  Since then, he has played with various bands and artists, both on stage and in the studio.  He has traveled all over New England and the West Coast, providing his trademark tasteful sound to everyone he works with.
